      I had an arm pit wax on 04/22/24 One of my armpits is burn by the wax or a combination of the wax and something used before . I called the front desk girl couldnt help or give me the contact to talk to anyone a manager or someone in charge , she also said she didnt know when the manager would be there . Im in pain at the moment

      I bought a wax package at this store on 12/23/2022 and the current value is $640. My family and I are moving, unexpectedly, 3 and 1/2 hours to central *******. I contacted the store about refunding the money that I paid but they will not do it. The tell me that it will be a store credit that I can use or I can get the value in their products. I will not drive 3 1nd 1/2 hours to use a waxing service and I do not want any of their products. They refuse to give me my money back, even though I have not used the pending services. All I want it my money back that I originally paid, $540. It's got to be illegal to keep someone's money
