    This company is horrible. I asked them to provide me proof of the debt since I do not know what it is, disputing the debt until reviewed. Rick ******* responds with “So you're saying this was a case of identity theft? If so, please provide a police reporting stating that. Thank you.” I asked for the documentation again & his response was “Ok, like I said if this was a case of identity theft, since you don’t recall it, please provide a copy of a police report documenting that. Thanks.” What a scam! Without proper documentation, I will not be paying anything.

    Agreed to settle for less. PAID! 0 balance due!! Received letter. Did a hard pull, still shows. Called back he said I have to pay the remaining balance for him to send a letter to the Credit Bureaus because he doesnt work like other creditors! KEEP YOUR ZERO BALANCE AGREEMENT LETTER to show your your proof. Lol Im sure if I didnt save my email he would charge me for something.

    Prime Recovery LLC, 5237 Summerlin Commons Blvd, Suite 400, Ft. Myers, Fl. 33907. Which is a debt collector company that is claiming that purchased the account from another debt collector. I have checked this information out; the account has not changed from the previous collected. I am receiving emails as if they were sending the letter to my employee and asking information about me. I have been retired over 5 years and live off of benefits. I feel this company is harassing through email. I am filing a complaint. Alberta B
