    Complaint: 22269633

I am rejecting this response because:

As usual, the property manager continues to fabricate. The receptionist never called me. I called the office after surveillance cameras alerted me to a work crew in the garage on June 20. All other units had already been inspected. This is the first I had heard of mold.

A lock box was put on the door while the Mr. Dry rep was here on that date. I gave them permission. I never told them to cease work at any time.

a pallet of drywall was moved to the upstairs unit, all carpeting removed, the unit gutted. There has been a frenzy of work this past Saturday and Sunday at the other two units. Nothing spat mine.

The property manager is untruthful. My phone records will debunk the phone calls. My phone carrier has assured me records are retrievable for this process. If I hadn’t called the office, I wouldn’t have known what was going on. The office informed me of nothing. I wouldn’t let the property manager into my unit while the two Mr. Dry employees were there. She adds nothing to any given situation. She did, however, keep herself amused with the handyman in my garage by repeatedly calling me “nasty.” It’s on video.

My unit was ignored. I wasn’t informed of anything. I didn’t tell Mr. Dry they could no longer work here. The property manager is retaliating against me for involving federal and government agencies by making them aware of unethical business practices.

    Sincerely,

    Katherine Hardy

have go 4 feet up with the wall. When I asked why my unit wasn't inspected with the others, he said he was taking orders from the office. The *** employees were still in the garage discussing how "nasty" I am. My unit continues to be treated differently. They went about 6 inches up the wall. The unit upstairs is being gutted. Problems with getting my *************** vent installed. I don't trust the mold "test" or the company. I think they only showed up because I called the office. I feel this is a retaliatory act on behalf of ******** and president *** ****. I requested & questioned office expenses. I was shut down. The *** staff isn't aware of or doesn't honor state statutes. I never received most of what I requested. There's a lot that appears questionable. They're also being investigated by one of the federal agencies I contacted regarding their business practices. The office tends to hire employee's relatives. Complaint filed against Mr. **** Yes, I'll speak with media.

    Complaint: 18649294

I am rejecting this response because:

the office was informed via email on December 1 that my car was vandalized. I was told to call the sheriff. On December 2 they received case number via email. I requested video surveillance for a certain timeframe. On December 3, I requested video surveillance for the entire night. The admin responded she would let the property manager know.

On December 28 I emailed the office again asking about my request. Later that day, I received a half hour of video. Not the same day. I reiterated my revised response and asked how I could address the board. No response.

on January 11, I again attended the board meeting. I spoke to the president who said he would make sure I get the video.

Today, January 13, I forwarded the email that the partial video. No response.

The fact that it was stated the video was sent the same day when the email shows it was four weeks later, speaks volumes about the lack of character of the office, specifically the property manager.

As previously stated, there is the friendship factor with my neighbors. I received 30 minutes of surveillance but there appears to be an issue with the rest of the night.

I never claimed anything about the entire. I specifically mentioned two people.

The property managers lies and misinformation are unsettling.

The sheriff told me to request the video. If there was anything on there, he said, the office would contact them.

    Sincerely,

    *****************************

roken by letting resident park oversized truck in the garage partially blocking my door.Property manager has done nothing to address their behavior according to the bylaws. I attended the Board Meeting on 12/18/22 so I could address the Board about these issues, specifically the vandalism. The ********** **************** got flustered when he saw me walk in. There's a Comment section on the agenda for owners. He repeatedly stated that no comments would be heard unless they were insurance related. He appeared to be quite nervous each time he said this. As a homeowner in this community, I have a right to be treated fairly. I have a right to see the video surveillance. I have a right to address the Board. My car was repeatedly vandalized. They are putting my life in danger by not addressing this issue. The Property Manager is the former admin assistant. She is biased and inexperienced. She is also now impeding my case and its investigation.

    Hello,

These claims are baseless, we do not have any incident report filed from *****************************. The day she requested video surveilance, our property manager sent her the footage that afternoon. She states her car was repeatedly damaged, yet our office has never heard or has an written reports of any of these incidents, nor any of the other incidents she is claiming. Furthermore, we have not heard from the Police which she claims there is an investigation, as we would always comply with that. ********* states she attended the Board Meeting, to which none of the board members know what she looks like, so her presence was unknown. The Board Meeting was covering what was on the agenda which was hurricane and insurance related. We already gave the video footage we had and the rest of the claims are slanderous and not factual.
