These ppl did a print job for me and did the product labels in an incorrect size so they are unusable to me and would not even attempt to correct their error. I regret ever going there, 1st red flag was a customer trying to fight the cashier. I should have walked out than. Total waste of money, 0 out of 5 stars is what they truly deserve. Don't go here.

Ordered a hat and two shirts with my business logo. Paid extra to have the items expedited. After discussing what I wanted exactly and questioned if the ink color and quality would be as good as the shirts on display as samples the employee clearly stated YES, THEY WOULD and probably be better because of the colors chosen. I paid extra to have the items done quickly. The clerk advised that the items would be ready in an hour and half. After two hours and no phone call I returned to the store only to be told that an employee was on lunch break and that it would be longer. I decided to leave and come back the next day. I came back the next day and all three items were done, however, the logo on the front of the cap was very small and no where near to what the size the employee told me it would be. The colors of the two shirts DID NOT come close to my business label I showed and gave him to duplicate. It was a different employee who gave me my items and he had every excuse in the book as to why the colors did not match the colored logo I gave the other employee who assured me it would be exactly or better. He was sassy and curt with his answers and refused to take blame. I took the items home and showed my fiancé. He called the store and asked for the manager or owner. He was told that the same employee who gave me the items and answered his phone call was the manager. Again, he refused to take blame and when he asked why the other employee who took the order assured me it would be exactly he again had several excuses. When my fiancé asked him how he could know what the first employee told me he again gave all kind of answers. When my fiancé asked for his boss or the store owner he refused to give that information stating that if he was nicer or kind he might have done something to help. So I guess questioning him about the color discrepancy and hat logo size and who his boss was he came to the conclusion that my fiancé was not kind. Something needs to be to change.
