    "This company has now called me at least on 3 different occasions. This last time they called and wanted me to check their email that they replied to that I had supposedly sent. Of course this email was in my spam box because I never sent them an email, it is just a tactic to get you to respond and talk to them so they can try to sell you SEO services that you don't need. This James tried to tell me that I am not showing up in search results in google, but in fact our business does show up on google. I think I surprised him when I said if i look it up right now in incognito mode that it does show up. Do not fall for their sales tactics, they know nothing about your business and don't let them try to convince you otherwise.

      Details of the ******************************* signed up for KPL Solutions' ***************** services for our commercial cleaning company. We were led to believe this was a ******************* as they provided a **** business address. However, we later discovered that KPL Solutions is actually based in ***** and not operating from the **** as claimed.Service *************** Issues:Failure to Perform Work:After onboarding a ***************** through KPL Solutions, the assigned employee worked for only one day and then stopped responding.Despite repeated attempts to contact KPL Solutions via phone, text, and email, we received no further communication from the ***************** ********************** of ******************************** entrusted KPL Solutions with login credentials for our social media, LinkedIn, and WordPress accounts.Due to the lack of response from their assigned assistant and the misrepresentation of their business location, we immediately lost trust in the company.Refund *************** Promises:We requested an immediate refund for the $600.00 paid for services that were never delivered.***** *****, a manager at KPL Solutions, repeatedly assured us that a credit would be issued.However, despite numerous follow-ups, no refund has been processed, and our funds have not been returned.Unethical Retaliation *********** Review:After requesting a refund, KPL Solutions left a fake ****** review on our business account, further damaging our trust in their integrity.Desired Resolution:************************* is seeking an immediate refund of $600.00 for services that were never properly provided. Additionally, we request that KPL Solutions cease any retaliatory actions, including the removal of any fraudulent reviews they have placed.We urge the Better Business Bureau to take action against this company for misrepresentation, unethical business practices, and failure to provide agreed-upon services.
