  I am being Represented by Kushner and Kushner and need to talk to the head attorney for the firm I'm being mistreated and my case is being mishandled by a Team who clearly has issues with me personally because they continue to harass me about me complaining that no one communicates with me, and I am constantly having to call for updates on my caseI sent a email out months ago requesting Kushner and Kushner be released from my case due to unprofessional etiquette and the lack of proper communication. and was persuaded by receptionist **** that I should stick with them. which I did and **** isn't even with them anymoreIs there any contact info for how I can reach ***** Kushner , id like for him to know how improperly these employees are upholding the Kushner name it's ridiculous!

  I am sorry you feel you have not received exemplary service.  We have represented tens of thousands of claimants in their claims for Social Security Disability and SSI in over 50 years of practicing law.  Many of our staff members have been here for several years and behave like professionals.  You have called our  office on numerous occasions and always receive a timely response.  We also advised you on more than one occasion that these claims can move very slowly and that is, unfortunately, not in our control.  We are busy working on the cases and cannot update you when there is no new information to provide.  We advised you that we would contact you as necessary.  Like all businesses, employees may leave at some point.  We do not advise all of our clients each time there is a staffing change.  Many staff members work on every case, therefore, there is no reason for clients to be notified if an employee leaves.  You may continue to contact our office for updates and as always we will continue to respond.  Thank you.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  09/29/2023 I received a call from a SSID examiner and was made aware that I didn't have legal representation and as of September 14 Kushner & Kushner withdrew from my case after the verbal contact made from Mr Kushner's son that my case would be handled and better represented and then harassed via email to remove my Public Review and pictures and I was pressured into withdrawing my complaint earlier this year with the BBB in order to guarantee Representation. I am beyond mentally disturbed and distressed and am forced to scramble for new legal council without the proper notice! This is unconstitutional and a mockery to the *** associates code of conduct and ethics committee.
