  DO NOT use this electrical company. I am a local broker who met with them to get a quote for minor electrical work at home. I chose them based on Google Reviews. They proposed 5 payment plans on an ipad starting at an outrageous $40,000 for new switch plates in my home and rope lighting in my tray ceilings. I am now in a dispute with this vendor after they charged my American Express over $10,000 for services that were never performed on my Naples Home. I felt scammed from the beginning. As a real estate professional and top's in my business, I will never recommend this electrical company to any home owner. DO NOT USE THEM!

  On July 21, 2020 I signed an agreement for the installation of a generator. The instillation went fine. However one section to the agreement calls for Powerhouse to get all permits handled with the government and the HOA. In March, I received an expired Permit Notice. I called Powerhouse and was told they were behind but would handle this. They said I did not need to do anything. Now, in August I sell my house with s closing of August 31st. As part of the closing process I am notified that no permits were obtained for the generator. After numerous call to the permitting department there has been no movement on the permit. I have attempted to impress upon them the need to resolve this given the rapidly approaching closing. as of today still nothing. If you are getting anything that requires permits I suggest that you keep on top of it as Powerhouse certainly does not. Three years seems to be ample time to get the required permits.

  Signed a contract in August 2022 for a whole house dehumidification system. Placed deposit of $5000. After 2 to 3 calls a week that have not been returned by management, they still haven't installed a 90 pint dehumidification system. It's going on 12 weeks. Very frustrating, no return calls, no product to show for my money and my health conditions don't mean anything to the owners nor management.

  I initially hired Power House to replace my AC and water heater as well as electrical outlets. The quotes that they give me was very expensive. $2,400 for replacing water heater and $4,700 to replace electrical outlets. I asked them to match my current AC , they quoted me $5,700 for 14 sheer. At that time I didn’t realize that my current Ac was 16 sheer. I agreed to use their service to replace the AC. When the installers staff showed up, I realized that the new AC is smaller than my current AC. Installers confirmed that my old one is 16 sheer and the new one is 14 sheer. I called the company and the owner, Justin and his associate, Nick , were trying to cover up their lies by saying that the 14 sheer will still work as the 16 sheers even trying to get manufactured company to talk to me on the phone. I insisted that I only want the 16 sheer , unless they have it today , I will cancel the service . They told me that the 16 sheer is only available 4-5 weeks. I told them to cancel the service and they threathened me to pay 20% of the invoice . I will not use their service again
