    Very disappointed in this company. They asked me to pay a three year service contract in advance for a generator that they serviced in March and gave a clean bill of health. It failed four hours into Hurricane *** leaving us without power for 3.5 days. They came out about a week after the storm and declared that the generator needed to be replaced. The same generator that they were happy to take out a service contract on just a few months earlier. I understand that generators fail for a whole number of reasons but nevertheless you would think that a company with the experience they claim to have would have suggested that taking our a service contract on an aging generator might not be the best idea. More fool me I guess. They sent an estimate for a replacement unit that was thousands of dollars more than competitive quotes. I declined the estimate and asked them to rescind the three year service contractor since the generator was not working and we were not going ahead with their replacement proposal. After a week of hearing nothing, I wrote again asking them to acknowledge my request and return the contract money. Again nothing. I do not like leaving negative reviews but this one is deserved. In the aftermath of Hurricane ***, we are all preoccupied but it really just takes a few minutes to respond. If you cannot accomplish that common courtesy, it should be a warning to everyone about what else or who else they will ignore.
