    In 2021 we tried this tracking device and with much difficulty returned it after determining it was unreliable and just did not function as advertised. Much promising and tech talk explaining, no corrections. Extremely difficult to deal with. THEN...On Dec 23rd, 3 years later, out of the blue while checking our credit card statement online, we see a $500+ charge from iGPS! The charge was pending so we immediately cancelled that card and got a new one. I had tried to call the company several times, never with any response, even after leaving a message. I sent an email asking them to cancel and explain the charge, and as I write this a week later I'm still waiting for a response, not holding my ********* least the credit card they appear to have on file will no longer work should they try this again.

    Have been trying to cancel my subscription for months, and they do not pick up the phone or respond to emails. Website login and account management hasn't worked in over a year since their last website upgrade. Feels like an outright scam.
