    Sunstate Fence *** installed my fence in February 2016. I Called Sunstate Fence *** in October 2022 for repairs to my fence that was caused by hurricane ***. I was told by ***** that they would put me on their schedule and that would be sometime in March 2023. I called several times after that and spoke with ***** to see if they had any cancellation. I was told that they did not and I was on the schedule for March 2023. I called again on February 1, 2023 and spoke with ***** again. She informed me that I was now scheduled for March 8th and that ***** would call me the morning of March 8th before coming out. Later in the day on February 1st, I received a call from ***** informing me that they didn't want to take me on as a customer. I asked why and he would not tell me. I said I didn't understand. I called many times since October 2022 and was never told this. Why now and why? ***** said he didn't have to tell me. Very poor customer service, follow through, and communications.

    *************************** was added to the schedule for Hurricane *** after calling in October 2022. He did speak with **** regarding the date that he was scheduled, however, she was not employed with the company in 2016 and was unfamiliar with this particular customer. ***** recognized the customer's name from the schedule and recalled a mutually unpleasant experience in 2016. He called to ************ know as professionally as possible that the company finds it best for both parties to no longer conduct business. Sunstate Fence takes pride in providing the best possible experience for our customers and found it best, in this case, to terminate the business relationship to avoid future unpleasant experiences for either party.
