      We have worked with them for years, almost a decade. Their billing, is sporadic, and not very efficient. Sometimes the invoices are emailed, sometimes they are mailed, oftentimes they are emailed with late notices all over them when in fact they were never sent to us in the first place. So, they need to get their stuff together rather than make their loyal customers feel like they are the ones slacking. That being said, They have also been known to bill for properties we DO NOT and have NEVER managed. They continuously send these invoices via email and mail, and have been for almost a year. We have called, emailed and sent them back via mail, with NO RESPONSE from anyone at the company. NO ONE. Not a single person has responded and removed us from this incorrectly billed invoice. They just shift us to a new collection agent. Its asinine honestly. Personally, I have called and spoken to someone who has said they would remove us from the billing info on this address, and then a month later I get a harrassing email stating we owe for this very same invoice. Its to the point we no longer want to do business with a company who has so little regard for their customers to even listen to them to correct something so minor. But this is the last stray, they have wasted too much of our time trying to correct a simple billing error. We are done, they have lost our business.
