    On 01/31/2024 I sent a wire transfer to Bring AT L.L.C. for an E85 Bobcat excavator in the amount of $53600. The business name was 5 Star Equipment located at ***********************************************************************. Pone numbers, *********** or ************. The salemans name was ********************* who I spoke to. The equipment was listed on Equipment Trader. I was sent a contract with all the necessary information of the equipment I was buying like serial number, year model and ******************** model. he delivery of the equipment was supposed to have been on 02/10/2024 but it was not delivered. I contacted 5 Star Equipment again by email and was given tracking information but I could not get any information on the tracking through the site that was given. I have called 5 Star Equipment many times and can't get them to answer. I have also emailed them and not gotten an answer. I contracted the ************************ and filed a report. They suspect fraud.
