  Excellent builder with some great floor plans. On time and on budget ***** was always available by phone text or email to answer questions. Now 5 months living in our new home we continue to receive compliments from neighbors family and friends.

  We purchased a beautiful piece of land and wanted to build a beautiful home upon it. We wanted a second story to take advantage of having a spectacular view. ***** was one of the few builders that was willing to build our vision; a two story home which successfully combined indoor and outdoor living with l0 foot sliders. ***** viewed building our vision as a challenge. Our home was the first of its kind, providing many challenges along the way. ***** was very communicative and kept us informed on all matters that needed to be reconfigured. Our home is full of finishing that Majkowski Construction considered standard while other builders consider options. We have a beautiful, well built home. To this ***, ***** remains very available and responsive to any concerns or questions we have.

  Majkowski Construction built our house and it is gorgeous. It was a new design and The President of the company ***** paid great attention to detail and the craftsmanship of our home. It appears that MAK construction takes craftsmanship, attention to detail and a personal touch to all their builds. Since we were the first to build this model it was expected that some issues may arise. Recently a few minor issues came up outside the first year. ***** is always just a phone call or text away. Hearing we had an issue he was very reassuring and said no worries we will handle this .He contacted the appropriate workers, dispatched them over quickly and the issue was resolved. Thanks MAK construction.

  This company should be the standard for BBB! What incredible work ***** and his team does. The knowledge and experience that he brings to the table transfers into the finishing touches. We enjoy working with ***** because he answers the phone, and then does exactly what he says hes going to do. Very rare to find a builder like these guys in todays world! Thank you *****

  Building a home in **** can be a daunting prospect filled with contracts, sub-contractors, city and state permits, inspections and a never ending parade of acronyms such as NOCs, ****, COOs to name just a few. In addition to all the moving parts, you now need to worry about your chosen builder remaining in business to finish your dream ******* wife and I just ran this gauntlet; weve been in our new Majkowski home for 2 months and couldnt be happier! Build quality, craftsmanship and material selection are all premium level. Design allowances were realistic, even generous compared to other builders we interviewed. ***** Majkowski is an honest, look you in the eyes as he shakes your hand builder who is personally there for you throughout the entire build and indeed after youve moved in. He was always 100% available, honest and responsive to our concerns. Every other builder we met had layers of people between you and the decision ********* closing; Majkowski Construction **** has been building homes in **** for over 25 years. The president of the company is personally available to you and values you as a client. They made a complicated and at times nerve racking endeavor personal and relatable.   We have built many homes in the past with good results, however the experience we had with *** Homes was second to none. ***** not only built our home, but sold us our lot. We wanted to build "our" home and ***** was there through the entire design process. The structural design and build withstood *** and I would stay in the house again because of the confidence I have in the quality of how the house is built. His preparation and planning for the build was flawless, we had very little to no down time with suppliers or subs....and we built in 2020/2021! Needless to say he has exceeded our expectations from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend Majkowski Construction for your next Dream House!

  We consider this an honor to write a review for Majkowski Construction, Inc. As first-time home builders we've heard the decision making process can be daunting, but ***** walked us through each stage with ease and offered great suggestions. Thankful we listened to him. A primary goal was to build a solid home that would withstand the effects of a hurricane. We are grateful to have past this test 6 months after moving in. We endured a CAT 5 hurricane -*** and sustained NO structural damage. That's a testament to the high quality building practices of Majkowski Construction. ***** was very active in checking on our house build process almost everyday that's not an exaggeration. He is hands on evaluating and making sure the work is done well. We are proud to show off our home to ***************** We consider Majkowski Construction, *** the best home builder in Southwest *******. We would highly recommend Majkowski Construction if you're building your first or forever home.

  I have provided banking services for Majkowski Construction for 25 years. ***** Majkowski has always been very professional and a pleasure to work with. He is involved in all aspects of the home building process from start to finish and delivers an outstanding product in a timely manner. I have never received one complaint from a homeowner before and after the home was completed.
