    What you are seeing in these photos are the holes that were cut out of my wall. In the photo that shows two holes, the hole on the right is still stuffed with the insulation. Once my drywall guy pushed on the insulation, it fell to the bottom of that channel (the space between the beams). And then, he used a rod feed down into the hole to see where the resistance of the insulation began, but there was none. When you look at the hole, what you're seeing is the grey fire wall. That is only 1 inches from the drywall. This is the same problem with both walls and all channels.So apparently, both walls, and how they are situated, can't possibly have been filled properly using the equipment they have on hand. Once they cut a hole in the wall and saw what they were dealing with, they should have stopped right there, realizing the job at hand could not have been filled properly with insulation in the first place. But even so, after attempting to, why wouldn't you check your work to see if it was effective or not?! Their workers could have done the same thing my drywall guy did to see if the actual space he was trying to fill was indeed filled successfully.At this point, I had my drywall holes closed up and the wall refinished. So, to reiterate and make as clear as I can, after spending $1605 to have my walls filled with soundproofing insulation, MY WALLS ARE HOLLOW. I would like to have a refund for a job that was never done properly. One more point that I'd like to make. In the last response I received from them, they said they are issuing me a partial refund in a check for $800 and I should be receiving it at my home. That was March 11th, and that never happened.It's hard for me to understand how this business got 5 stars with BBB. I don't believe they are a legitimate business. I've included a download of the emails I've received from them. None of them are ever signed with a person's name. I've even called them on the phone and the employee I talked to would not even give me the name of the owner or the manager.

    I am rejecting this response because: I never received the check, even after I sent an email to them stating that. I just sent another email to let them know I still haven't received the check as of 6/19/2024.
