    We bought a house about 2 years ago. The previous owner had used Elite surveying to get an elevation certificate done to pull the house out of flood zone X. Somehow the previous owner uploaded the wrong elevation certificate to **** and the **** was declined. I re-stated the process with FEMA with the correct elevation certificate (but was 2+ years old). **** needed all this extra info from Elite Surveying, which they were more than willing to help with. After all this, **** responded stating that the elevation certificate was old and it needed to be performed again on the new EC form. Elite Surveying came out and gave us a new EC.There was no charge for any of this even though we technically were not their customers for this transaction (however they definitely gained us a future clients).****** and **** were fantastic, and very helpful. Best news is we just got our **** from ****.

    I contacted a number of survey companies by phone and by far this is the best survey company in the ******/**************. ***** the manager took the time to explain the entire survey process from start to finish, before scheduling our service.. Everyone in this company is kind, courteous, professional and they strive for excellent customer service and ACCURACY when ********************** your property. ***** kept us updated throughout the process as we had a number of questions about our property line as few of the iron markers were missing/ absent. Highly recommend this family owned business..
