    On November 3rd, I paid Galldo Group $1,035.25 for the septic design (site plan), with a deadline of December 4th, which was 20 business days from the date of payment. Despite contacting the company multiple times, I have not received the service or any resolution for a refund. As of today, December 21st, the service has not been provided. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive a full refund for the service that has not been rendered as per our agreement. Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.

    This situation was addressed in time and we communicated with the customer as shown in the attachments, We explained clearly that after payment the project is delivered in 2-4 weeks, but we have been having situations that after receiving the order we find ourselves in the Holiday and that problems with our engineer are out of our hands.

    However, we are on target to deliver the project.

    I received the job from Galldo Group 25 days after the agreed-upon date. 
    At present, I am on vacation and have not yet had the opportunity to thoroughly review the service provided. However, I would like to retract my request for a refund since the job has been delivered. 

    I kindly request that you withdraw the complaint I previously lodged. I appreciate your assistance in this matter.
