    They were called on August 28 said they would come on August 29. They sent me a tech who thought was the ignition. *** arrived and asked what was going on and I explained. He ended up stating that the car had a recall and that the immobilizer and wires weren't put correctly and that was what was causing the issue. However the care continues to act up and the number i called to get a tech is not going through..

    I did my job as I saw fit when I left the place and I showed the customer that everything is starting and everything is working. Customer called me again and I told her Im gonna come to take a look and she didnt have time to meet up with me and then she never reached out again. I offered the customer to come take a look And she never responded!! I can offer $100 refund For the misunderstanding and thats pretty much it

    I want to dispute a charge for a services not rendered. I paid the business via Zelle per their request but they have blocked my phone number and I cannot contact them anymore. I contacted this company to make me a copy of my key car. The owner itself came and did the service and I paid him via Zelle on his phone number 330 $. After 2-3 months the key wasn’t working. It took him 2 weeks to come after calling and texting him everyday because he was really busy and lots of excuses. After he repaired the key he said that if happened again he will give me another key. So after 2-3 months happened again. It’s been couple days now that I’m calling and texting him and he did the same like last time ( too busy and lots of excuses). And on top of this after begging him to do his job he did text me not call him anymore and he did block my number. This is unacceptable.
