On January 2nd a package was taken to the *** store. The clerk indicated the cheapest cost amount, the package would be delivered in 5-10 days. I said no problem I have 30 days to return. She printed up my label with tracking number (which is almost impossible to read) and receipt and I left the store. I checked the tracking number a few days later and the internet keep telling me it didnt exist. When I used my flash light to read it, I discovered it was a **** tracking # NOT ***. When I looked it up days later it kept saying label printed waiting on package. So I went back to *** store and the assistant manager looked up the number and indicated there was no record of the package being picked up. Call the post office. I said Ill go to the post office. I tried several times and there was either no parking or 30 people in line. I tried the tracking number again and it still said awaiting package. I took my package to *** if I wanted the post office to handle it I would have went to the post office. The assistant manager said I would have been told it would be **** and indicated its on the door. I wasnt. Nothing is on the door. I went back again to the *** store and was told again there is no record the package was ever picked up. They obviously lost my package and are not taking any responsibility for it. Im out $152.94, plus $9.39 shipping. The *** store has a responsibility to take care of the package which THEY LOST. Im waiting to hear from *** customer service, but they were not very helpful either. THEY NEED TO FIND THE PACKAGE!Business Response

Good moning, This package was sent **** not *** so we hand everything off to the mailman that is A **************************** Employee. They pick up every single day so once it leaves the store we have no control of the package.
We do have a sign that says mail and postal ************ the front window displayed that this is a service we provide.
We have contacrted the customer and we are paying for the return and shipping costs and have been in contact with our postal employee that this was missing.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I received reimbursement for the cost as well as shipping fees. I find this resolution is satisfactory to me.

To whom it may concern:
I am confused because this is the *** Store not *** itself so if you have something that is being delivered by *** from ******* then you need to contact *** itself and I know it is very frustrating with their 800 number customer service, but they are the ones that can answer this for you.
The *** Store is just a locally owned retail store that does not have any control over the deliveries that are not shipped through the store itself.
I'm sorry so the 8900 number is the only answer I can give you at this time. The only other option is going to a local *** warehouse that has a customer service area. Ours here in **. ***** is *****************. Their hours are from 8am -11am and 5pm - 8pm

I needed to have a device shipped to PR. I paid ***** to have this item shipped and delivered within 2 business days. NO one told me that *** did not deliver to PO BOX, my item was suppose to be received 2 days from the shipping date as it was urgent and an hour before it was suppose to be delivered (when it said on its way) the tracking said there was an issue with the address, when I call *** the gentlemen tells me that they do not deliver to PO BOX, but no one in the *** store advised me of that when I shipped my package and PAID almost $80 for this to be delivered, then the gentlemen sent me to *** because he said they closed at 6, and they closed at 5 PM, and are NOT open on weekends, so I had to go pick up the package at *** on MONDAY, I ended up receiving this package 5 days after I shipped, which I could have said alot of money if I would have just sent it regular. *** was not helpful at all by not advising me from the beginning that they do not ship to PO box, and then they brushed me off with my issue and told me to go pick up my package that "I had time" because they closed at 6, not 5, they close at 5 and I did not have time. Then they were closed delaying my package 5 days, when I needed it ASAP.Business Response

To Whom this may concern;
This shipment was delayed due to an incomplete address, I have attached the shipping details with the tracking number for verification on that it was delayed. When we process a shipment we are relying on the customer to provide a correct address and they have to verify it also to make sure everything is correct. This is also treated as an international shipment so with that being said we really rely on the customer for the address. We here at the ********************** did everything that we could to get this shipment out the door and in the hands of **** *** did get this package to PR on time but the address was insufficient for *** to deliver which that will issue the delay.
So this all being said the *** Store did their job and so did *** so I do not know if *** will issue a refund or not, that you would have to call *** and fight that out with them. Their number is ************** and to get an operator keep pressing 0 to actually speak to a person.

I am rejecting this response because: the address was not an incorrect address. It was a PO BOX address, and when I shipped the package no one in the *** store advised me that *** does not deliver to PO BOX.. The delay was indeed because of an address issue, but in this case, the customer did not provide an incorrect address, an employee should have advised that it was not a valid kind of address with ***, and the package should not have been sent at all. Rather than the customer, in this case me, paying almost $80 dollars to send something within a specific timeframe, only to find out that *** would not deliver, AFTER it was in route for delivery ALL day.

We understand that this needed to be there in 2 day this is why we gave you the 2 day ************ Unless you tell us that this is a PO box then our system since it is considered a international shipment so we would not have any idea that this would not be delivered.
