      This company has workers taking advantage of their customers By Misleading and not being up front from the beginning telling customers everything after the fact when ask to leave Threatening the customer that everything that he placed in the home was mandatory for three days and if you take his supplies out now you’re still gonna pay the three day Mandatory price and this is after having his supplies in your home less than 12 hours IHighly recommend this company practices Be looked into to protect other customers from being taken advantage of or being misled worker named David Erickson thank you

      I am sorry to hear that you feel you were misled by **********. Our office did call and email you multiple times to address any concerns you had but you failed to respond to any of our requests. 

      I do however want to set the record straight on a few important points. You called our office at roughly 9:00 at night for a toilet that overflowed from the 2nd floor of your town home. You signed a contract and accompanying price sheet (which fully details our pricing) and our tech explained to you that our equipment rental minimum is three days. At that point you approved emergency restoration services. We conducted thermal imaging and placed equipment in your townhome per your request. To date you still have not paid your invoice for the services we provided. 

      As previously stated, we would love to speak with you to resolve any outstanding issues you have. Please call our office if you would like to discuss.
