  I expected more for 1000 dollars…10/03/24 So far, I'm not happy with their service. I had a scheduled start date before hurricane Helene hit for Sept 30th that they confirmed on the 26th. On the 27th I got another email saying the storm MAY affect my start date, but never got secondary confirmation that it WOULD. I missed work to be there on the 30th just for them not to show. I just bought the house so I'm not currently living in it and scheduling around work is tricky. I gave them my 50% deposit already, but did not get a new project start date AND (fast forward to today 10/2/24) the money has already been taken out of my bank account. Kind of shady for them to deposit the money, especially in this day-n-age, without having a start date AT THE BARE MINIMUM. I've reached out to their customer service rep Matevi ******** to maybe get answers as to why my already scheduled appointment would've gotten pushed back for storm damage that did not even occur yet.
  Update* I called Imold in the morning on 10/03/24 to cancel my project and get a refund due to not receiving a new start date. Later that day I received a call from the CEO or Co-CEO, Adam, who apologized for the inconvenience (in short) and said he could have a team out there in the morning, 10/4/24, to start on the originally planned project. We also discussed some newly discovered mold behind the baseboards in my living room (approx 4 ft needing to be removed) and Adam said the team may be able to remove it if it’s a small section while they’re out there the next day. 10/4/24 Tommy’s team came out and removed the drywall (see photos) of the affected area in my garage, but did not touch the mold in the living room due to “protocol” and the potentially infected airspace…I spoke with Adam after the project, who had Tommy present with him at the time, and expressed my disappointment for the cost of the amount of work done

  I called to have them assess an issue involving mold remediation. They scheduled for 7am and arrived about 9am. I requested an estimate for the project. Later on, I was sent an invoice for $225. No contract had been signed prior to invoicing and no mention of the "attic inspection" fee was given during initial phone conversation. I let them know how terrible of a business practice this was to surprise their customers with an unexpected fee. Paid the invoice after receiving their estimate.

  All of our customers are advised up front that there is a $225 inspection fee for attics as we have to send technicians and not our normal estimators. Our arrival time is a 2 hour window, we normally never advise a direct arrival time. We'd like to discuss this further if you would call our General Manager at ************. Thank you
