They lied to me about what they had available because they didn't think I had money. I paid in full, cash. But told I couldn't finance anything. I don't even think he ran it. Cus I don't have bad credit and told him I would put any amount down, **** * whatever is fine I told him. He just said they aren't lending money at this time. After pretending to do something. I was lied about what I was getting, the cost, and when I emailed them. I was quoted a totally different price. Lower than what I was charged. Buying a new vehicle was on my agenda, but it was the only bike they had, that matched what I said. **** I wish I had gone somewhere else. In fact, if I listened to them, I would have already voided my warranty. Which they told me nothing about. They only showed me how to turn the bike on. ******* guy **** himself when my card went thru. But he didn't shut the price, cus he probably kept it they acted very weird after I paid them. I wish I could return my bike. Don't buy from them. I took it for the update the computer needs after the breaking miles. They cost me 359 bucks and couldn't plug a tire even. I feel so taken advantage of.

I brought in my own, brand new rear tire purchased from Dennis Kirk and asked Haus of Trikes & Bikes to install it on my simple cruiser. The motorcycle itself has no mods or complications that might hinder or delay what should be and has always been a simple, 20-minute swap. $142 to perform this task is egregious highway robbery. Superbikes and Skis just up the street has charged me much less than half to do this work for me in the past, but they couldn't fit me in that day so I tried Haus of Trikes & Bikes. While I waited for them to do the work I discussed the possibility of having them install a stereo system on my bike, but given the outrageous price for a simple tire-swap I'll never visit or give them my business again. Instead, I'll grudgingly accept the experience as an expensive lesson and use this and other opportunities to inform fellow bikers that they'll do well to steer clear of this opportunistic, price-gouging blemish on the industry.

I want to let everyone know about the lemon they sold me and their horrible customer service. The best part is how they "fixed" my bike and returned it to me unrideable. Seemingly a great place, I bought the bike I had been looking for (Honda Rebel). Everyone was nice and welcoming. I had only ridden the bike 3 times, when I started it the 4th time, there was a clunking noise. Called them, always spoke with Andy, and he said they would take a look. I only had it for 2 weeks. I had to rent a truck to get it to them. Andy told me there were two parts that needed replacing and that they would "do right by me". Just to be fair, I did sign the contract As Is. As they kept mentioning to me later. 9 weeks, they kept my bike. 9 weeks. I had to be the one calling them for updates. They are great at false sincerity. I finally asked my fiance to step in because I felt a sense of gender discrimination. I wasn't getting answers and they started to get annoyed with my phone calls. After some short calls on our end, they finally said it was ready and they could deliver it to me. On my very first ride, that same day, the bike died on me twice while I was riding full speed on the road. The clunking was much worse. But when my fiance called, he was told by Andy, "that's just how they run". Garrett in sales told me they could maybe try and take the bike back, at a fraction of the cost and put that towards another bike. I won't buy another bike from them. But, again, the customer service...I've been waiting on Garrett and Andy to call me back for 12 days. I was completely taken advantage of, but lesson learned.
