      Problem: We were charged for 2 men just sitting in their vehicle while it was pouring for over 2 hours but never came inside to do the last bits of packing or wrapping furniture that was left and they said they were speaking to a supervisor the whole time while they were sitting in their vehicle. I don't think it's right to charge someone for 0 services rendered when they could have come in and done something other then sit out in their vehicle. I feel we were ripped off by this company. We never received a copy of any of the receipts of what we paid for or a breakdown of the charges for their 3 times they came. I typed a letter and attached it with the 2 Cash App Statements and 2 of our Bank records showing the amounts paid to them.

      *************** contracted us to perform loading services for her on 7/19/23. Upon our arrival to her home, she informed us that the truck that she had reserved for her move out of state was delayed and would not be arriving until the afternoon. We proceeded to complete the packing and wrapping portion of her service at that time and coordinated a plan to have a separate crew come later in the day to load the truck since it was delayed. It should be noted that the scope of work that *************** contracted us for during her initial phone consultation was vastly different to the amount of work to actually be done. We were also informed that *************** was being evicted from her home and although we do not typically perform eviction services, we still proceeded to assist ***************. After our 2nd crew arrived later in the day, ******************* moving truck finally arrived. It was so delayed, that we were nearing 5:00 PM, and the weather had become increasingly poor, with strong downpouring rain, thunder, and lightning. After noting that the weather was not going to clear up, we gave *************** the option for us to return the next day to finish the loading services, to which *************** refused and told us that due to her eviction, she had no choice but to be out of her home that night. We informed *************** at that time that because she was requesting we stay through the inclement weather, we would have to charge for the full time onsite even if there was wait time due to the weather, to which *************** agreed. After a couple more hours of the bad weather, our office then informed *************** that we could no longer stay at her property because our team was nearing their maximum working time allowed by DOT law. *************** was incredibly upset and began yelling obscenities at our team. After leaving ****************** property, she left a voicemail apologizing for her behavior and said she was just upset, and to please return to her residence the next day. 

      It is our opinion that ******************* claims are invalid as we communicated our policies and procedures to her very clearly, in addition we made every accommodation for her possible, given her situation. I have included all signed documents from services rendered to *************** as well. All pricing and services rendered were clearly communicated and documented for ****************We understand that *************** was/is going through a difficult time, but we feel that we took all steps in our control to handle the situation given to us.

      On August 15, 2022, Two Men and A Truck sent out two workers to move me from my apartment to storage, as my settlement had been postponed. The original plan was to transport me to my current address. The two workers were in my bedroom taking down my newly purchased bed (King ***** I was called to the room to informed me that the bedhead had dropped, and the legs broken. They assured me it would be fixed or replaced. I was upset but what could I do? The damage report was given to me. I reached out to the company Operation Manager after a week to see what the plan of action was, as I am now left sleeping on the floor with my mattress as the bed does not require a headboard. The Operation Manager (**) reports that they would glue it and I was concerned as the bed is very heavy, but he insists it would be fixed. I expressed that if the bed fell in a month what would happen. And I was informed that it would be my issue. I reached out to the furniture store to inquire if the legs could be purchased, and he responded yes. I then called the ** and let him know, provided the email and the phone number. I reached out the next day to confirm that they were working together, as the ** told me that the case would be closed in 120 days (about 4 months). This was very alarming so I knew this was my situation and I would monitor it. I reached out several times both to the ** and Furniture store. It has been one month, and a half and I am concerned, in addition, I am not sleeping, and it is painful sleeping on the floor, so I went to the furniture store physically to find out the progress. I was told that they did not know when it would arrive as its in ******** or *******. It could be two months to 6 months. I informed the ** and called the corporate office as I will not sleep on the floor for this long. It is almost two months presently. His response was he will give me $25, and I had no choice but to wait. I am requesting a new bed or the price for the bed board.

      We have been in contact with the customer and the repair vendor. As per our contract we have the right to repair. Unfortunately because the bed is older replacement parts take longer to ship. We offered the cost of the replacement parts and repair, which was denied. In this circumstance we must wait until the replacement parts arrive in order to complete the claim.

      I am rejecting this response because:they are lying. Its not a older part per furniture store. The parts is made international. Per the store, the dont ship single parts, but bulk. Timeline is not guaranteed. 1-6 months. Im on the floor for approx. 2 months. I cant sleep like this. Physically Im in pain. I will seek **************** for it. Its not my fault its broken. I feel I should be given a new bed and they can have the old one. As a healthcare worker im on my foot. I want to come to comfort.
