      Horribly unprofessional. One doctor reviews images and says yet but apparently does not have proper credentials to make that decision so after youve already paid and requested time off work theyll call you six days before your surgery to say the surgeon says no. To top it off they tell you two weeks for a refund.

      They make you wait a long time to pay their bill. And they offer a call back option and do not call back.

      ** have been clients here for years when *********************** owned it and recently sold it. My husband had cataract surgery a few years ago and due to scar tissue had to laser one eye shortly after. Recently he lost vision in the other eye and we spent hours at local ER thinking he was having a stroke. They found nothing and referred us to our eye Dr. ** got an appt two days later at the ***** location and saw ******** who did test and said that scar tissue would have laser but couldnt do it until December 2nd 2022. ** saw them on November 14th so My husband had to go without vision for weeks while they checked with insurance. ** went in today and they made him see another doctor who stated he could not get a laser until next Thursday and made him wait an hour to see a office person. My husband walked out at that moment and we are taking our years of business elsewhere..This is twice we paid a ***** copay. This business is horrible and would not recommend to anyone. So, now we wait for another eye person to see him while he is blind in one eye.
