    I requested to cancel my account through Dixie Axton on 3/9/22 who was the point person for icheckgateway. She received my email but icheckgateway billed me in April anyway. They sent an automated reply with ticket #******. I received no refund. It is now May and they continue to charge my bank account. I am owed a refund of $20.

Contact Phone: ********** Contact Email: ************************* We are sorry that you felt so frustrated with the response you received from iCheckGateway that you believed submitting a claim with the BBB was your only option. We have issued a refund of the $20 as requested; however, we want to make the following points clear: 1. Closing your account with your credit card processor does not automatically close your account with iCheckGateway. These are two separate companies and two separate accounts. 2. You submitted a request to your sales rep on 3/9/2022 to close your merchant processing account with the credit card processor. iCheckGateway did not receive a request to close your iCG account until 4/4/2022. 3. Your account with iCheckGateway was closed as requested on 4/19/2022. We did not require the 60 days written notice from you as is listed in our terms that you signed. 4. All iCG monthly billing fees cover the processing for the previous month. Your final billing from iCheckGateway was on 4/1/2022. This was the monthly billing fee for March. 5. There have been no other charges from iCheckGateway since the billing on 4/1. 6. Our support team asked for information from you regarding the descriptor you are seeing on your bank statement for any billing in May so that we could possibly help you identify it. We did not receive a response from you to our request for additional information. But working with one person who set up an account to then a different party was very confusing.
