    Company advertises a free intro class. The class is good, but to join, you have to commit to a 3 month plan. Once registered, you get access to their website to book classes. I joined Feb 7,. I then tried to book a class only to find out they didn’t have a single open class for the month of February. I tried to book a class for March 8, which was open, but they said I couldn’t use next month’s credits until after the payment for next months. I called a few times. Left messages. No one returned my calls. Went to the facility in person. Woman at desk said nothing she could do. Told me to put my name on waitlist for classes. She told me to show up at a full class and I might get in. Meanwhile I have been pestered by their adds to come to the free intro class, which they put on 3 or 4 times a week. Oh, and they make you buy one of their special sticky socks for $20 to take the class. They then stored my credit card info, without asking. In my case the registration and plan fees are being covered under the Medicare Advantage Plan Renew Active. So they are basically ripping off the insurance company, and providing virtually nothing.
