      I don't know where to start with this company! They are truly disorganized and incompetent. They started our pool in Mid April 2022 and said it would be completed by the end of June 2022. It is now the end of August, and we are still getting the run around about when our pool will be completed. I have zero faith that our pool will function properly when it is all said and done.
      They damaged our property, our community's property, and our neighbor's property. They did fix our community's property in a timely matter, but it has taken over 2 months for our house damage to be fixed, plus they never fixed my neighbor's damage! They didn't show up at our house for 3 weeks, so we called to find out what was going on, only to learn "we fell off their schedule." What!? How does that even happen?
      Their workers leave their trash all over our yard! They make an excuse for anything. We haven't seen the project manager since May! Our whole family is beyond disappointed. We have spent the whole summer looking at an empty hole in the ground with no action. We understand that times are challenging, and there may be delays. We only asked that they communicate. They have failed miserably.
