      Friday October *******. Premier Pool had their electrical contractor at our house ********************************** we instructed them to use the old hot tub outlet for the pool electricity. Without our knowledge, the electrician cut and clipped out our Air conditioning unit and the wires and now too short to reconnect. They cut wires and replaced a breaker for the pool, leaving the ac clipped & too short to reconnect. They didnt use the one we told them, they didnt say anything to us at all that Friday. My husband was home all day and I was in the morning. . We have a very efficient and expensive ac because I am sick. I have chronic mold illness. Chronic inflammatory response syndrome. We have had the house remediated for thousands of dollars. This disconnection of ac is a serious health problem for me and is corrupting the integrity of our home as far as my health. We had *********** company come over on emergency call on Saturday Oct 19. Friday night was cool , I think thats why we didnt notice the problem immediately. We now need the ac rewired. We have not heard back from Premier Pool at all yet. The electric company received a call Sunday Oct 20 and we have not received a response back from them yet either. This needs attention immediately so o am not forced to redo the entires house remediation. Its about 12 thousand dollars average. Id have to sue for remediation if its not fixed before damage sets in . Im on disability for the mold illness and my husband is a retired disabled veteran. We cant get a job to fix this problem. Were unable to work. We needed the pool for exercise for our disabilities. *** ******* service company **************) is the subcontractor for premier pool. Wed also be forced to sue to have the ac fixed if this breech has damaged it and given time for mold if any kind to set in.

      As soon as we were made aware of the electrical issue, we made sure the electrical sub-contractor went to the home and fixed the error.  This issue has been corrected on the Monday morning after the customer made us aware over the weekend.  If there are any additional damages to their a/c unit we will make sure they are addressed and fixed by the electrician involved.
