    Brought $80,000 RV there for storage Employee directed me into a pole when he failed to look up causing damage to slider top fabric. Have repair service going there on 4/11/24 If slider fabric only , cost is under $1500. Have called 11 times , email 5 times and nobody will provide me with there ************ name and policy number to file a claim under liability or garage keepers direct primary coverage. Called yesterday and was advised they dont have insurance. Called Phoenix AZ office who advised they are a franchise and required to carry insurance but they didnt own this location. This is a general liability / or garagekeepers direct primary claim , not a claim to be put under my policy.

    Honey bee rv storage#************ Just bought the rv storage from rv volt and storage I wasnt informed about the switch over, so when the new owners finally came and put there signs up ?? I knew it was changed over. The new owners contacted me for 3 days In a row, when I realized it was them I called back and all they explained is that the old owners didnt take payment for last month and we where now beginning a new month and that I needed to pay $361.66 for two months didnt mention anything eles. I said fine Id call you back with payment and I did I called and paid Monday Feb 6 with credit card. They still didnt mention anything else. Everything was fine we hung up. The very next day Tuesday I get a call from honeybee saying the facility is no longer 24/7 and hours are now 5am-10pm I said okay no biggie we hung up. The next day ?? Wednesday I get another call from honey bee they said I dont know if you have dogs but, dogs are not allowed there. I say ok no biggie we hang up. The very next day Thursday I try to get in and my gate code no longer worked. So I called honeybee and they said that they terminated my lease and that they are sending me letters with information on how to gather my belongings. Witch I did not sign a lease with them. Ive been renting my spot there now for about 1 and a half years doing the same activities Ive been doing. I buy and sell cars so thats where I was parking them and time to time fixing on them they said I was loitering there all day(wensday) They stressed me out big time having to find somewhere to park them asap. They then noticed I was driving in the gate behind people to get in and out because I started moving my stuff out right away because I didnt want them to do anything to my cars so for a couple of days getting my stuff out I followed cars in the gate, on the following Tuesday they sent me a text message saying to get all my stuff out by 5pm or it will be towed at my expensive after just paying for two months
