    I recently had a marble extension as well as a picture frame cage added to my lanai, and I couldnt be happier with the results. It looks absolutely stunning! Topla **** was very professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. They took the time to communicate with me on a regular basis as to their timeline, and they provided me with information when I had questions or concerns. The installation was done with exceptional craftsmanship and is beautifully finished. I love it, and I highly recommend Topla **** if you are considering a lanai extension or screen enclosure!

    I am sitting in my lanai looking at a beautiful new cage. I have picture windows on three sides with the center one spanning 48 feet looking over a pond and nature preserve. Old pavers were replaced. Gutters and downspouts moved. Everything looks amazing. I couldnt be happier now that the work is finished. I can relate to another review posted by another customer. It was sometimes difficult communicating with this company. Calls and emails would go unanswered for a while. But then I would get a response from someone. When the crews arrived they were efficient and I saw lots of progress every day. A few little blips here and there but in the end the workmanship looks first class. **********

    This company bit off more than they could chew post Hurricane *** and we paid the price for it. 115 days past our contracted date, we were finally done with this company. We thought we had been scammed when they wouldnt reply to any emails or calls, repeatedly after they bypassed our contract date. They would set a new after we finally got a hold of them, then they would not show up or update us. Multiple times. ***** was very unpleasant to work with and we were never able to speak directly to the owner when we had issues. They finally showed up unannounced and would come and go without any updates when theyd return to finish. Never did a final walk through with us to make sure we were satisfied. When the cage was finally done, Topla failed to submit the right engineering plans to the city causing weeks of delay to get new plans drawn up and submitted. Final inspection failed. Let the permit expire. 2.5 months past the installation, the 2nd final inspection was finally done. The result of the cage was nice quality but their lack of communication, professionalism, keeping to their word and overall lack of respect towards a customer paying a great deal of money was a horrible experience. Felt like just another number waiting in line compared to what a small family-owned business should strive for and the reason we booked with them. We would not recommend this company.

    We truly apologize for your permit taking long. We had to make changes to your roof design to make sure it when up following the fascia and not how it was build before, to make sure we give it the right design. We also took longer to start your enclosure because we were behind on our schedule and we make sure to add this on the contract so everyone knows there is a possibility of the work running behind depending on weather or job delays.

    we have been here since 2006 and we are definitely not a scam we are family owned and we make sure all of our work is top quality and customer service as well. were under staff and we did take long to answer. Like I mention earlier we apologize for the inconvenience and if you have any problems with our new enclosure / elite roofs installation please let us know and we will make sure to take care of it right away.

    Had a horrendous experience with this company.Quoted price to repair pool screen. Referred by close friend.Sent out crew. When asked about what they were doing, they admitted that it was their first day on the job, they were day laborers, and they had no idea what they were doing.***** tried to collect twice for job!Did not follow manufacturer procedure for installing gutters.Contracted to renovate pool cage and install heavy duty tapcons. Upon inspection and after job was supposedly finished, I examined work to discover that many of the old screws were never removed for replacement.Bad News!Really surprised that Topla has a BBB rating
