      Buyer beware, i spent weeks with this company on flood panels for my home. Once we finally made a decision, I called and the rep who had been working with me was no longer there. I was given a story about his departure, As things unfolded, its more likely he left due to unethical practices by the company. The owner had reached out to me several times to close the deal, butter would not melt in his mouth, until.........I proceed to secure the contract, I get Shawn, whom I'm told is the nicest guy, everybody likes Shawn! Shawn tells me that the quote I was given was incorrect but that he would honor it, he said let him get a new quote together and he would send over and then we could discuss. The new quote comes, its $600 plus. I call Shawn and ask about honoring his word and after a back and forth exchange, he hangs up on me. I reach out to butter mouth, Eddie H*****, CEO. He wouldnt even return my call, sends an email stating they are no longer interested in serving me. Meanwhile, I am holding a quote for $9300 and some change, good for 30 days. Whats up here........needless to say, I wouldnt do business with them if they came crawling back at this time. But, future customers need to be aware of these deceptive business practices.

      we contacted Zip pool Cage to replace the screens on our pool cage after Hurricane **** They asked us to do a count of what needed to be replaced. We did a verbal count to *** and texted him pictures. When the crew showed up, they noticed that the bottom screens were not included in the first quote/contract. ***** called the office and they admitted they made a mistake. The first quote was $1766.54, the second quote was $3130.04. Feel this was a bait and switch and knowing they had us over the barrel as we as many others have been waiting for repairs.
