  Power theft meter tampering unethical low moral standards criminal intentions

  Dear ****** I am sorry you are confused and are thinking that our office is stealing power from you, but you couldn't be further from the truth. Elevated fire and Security is not even doing the repairs to your place we just happen to reside next door to you. The company that is making the repairs to your unit is SW Fire Protection. Permit Number: *************. A tree fell down behind the house and took out the power pole that feed the power to the weather head we share on the building. Unfortunately when the tree and the power pole fell on the house it caused an issue with your power meter and it started aching. *** came out and removed the bad meter and installed maintenance jumpers in place of your meter until permits and engineered plans could be obtained. According to SW Fire Protection all permits have been issued and now the appointment has been set for *** to come out and drop the line feeding our places so the (2) meter cans can be replaced. I assure you it is a crime to steal power and no one is stealing any power from you. The electrical Inspector came out on 3/12/2025 due to your call to code enforcement and checked the electrical equipment located out back and determined the same thing. NO power is being stolen and the repairs and the damage done before you occupied the unit is permitted and under the guidance of *** and the electrical inspector and the license holder for SW Fire Protection both agree this is a call made out of anger and is unjustified. The call placed to code enforcement was not taken lightly by them and the electrical inspector and SW Fire Protection were on site within 15 hours of your call and saw that the job is being done properly and permitted it just has taken some time for the permitting process and the *** job portal to complete there tasks. We don't know why you would file a complaint on Elevated Fire and Security and we are not even involved with this repair of permit. PLEASE we encourage to call *** and ASK them to meet you on site to show you that no one is stealing power from you. We have pictures of the entire incident when it happened and we are printing them out now and putting them in an envelope and hanging them on your door k*** I would include them in this message but it wont let me add pictures.
