      Dropped off suitcase needing a new wheel on 11/24/2020. He (Keith) called the manufacturer but wasn't having luck getting a wheel. I began leaving voicemail and email messages that I just wanted to pick up my suitcase but none of my messages were returned. He had health problems that severely limited shop hours and he ultimately closed the business. I just want my suitcase back.

      On October 15 2021, I dropped off leather sandals and shoes to be stretched and repaired, I was told that the shoes could be picked up with two weeks, when I returned the doors were locked and the store was closed, for three months afterwards I attempted to stop by during normal business hours, however, the store was always closed or Keith the wiener would record a outgoing message stating he was sick and unable to return calls. At some point in January the store had closed and Keith placed a letter on the door stating to reach him via his phone number for a return of property, the phone calls were never answered and his voicemail box filled up after a day or two. A few weeks later, the letter on the door then stated to reach out to him via an email, I sent several messages, however, I have no responses from him. The store is closed, Keith the owner is in hiding, and he now has possession of the property of clients and has demonstrated no significant desire to return their property.
