    Awful. Pay up front and it has been a year. I know owner has cancer but whenever I go is promises me shoes are done and will have next day. NEVER has them.

    ***** the cobbler takes payment for your shoe repair upfront but doesnt do the work. He had my husbands shoes for five months and every time he went to pick them up he had an excuse as to why they were not ready. My husband asked for the shoes and a refund and suddenly he got irate and told us to get the **** out. Unfortunately the sheriff had to be called and thats when he returned our property. We ran into other customers who were having the same problem. Stay away he is a dishonest person for lack of a better word. The sheriff did mention that it was not the first time they were called to this business.

    I left my shoe at soulmate in May 2023. I still cannot get my shoe back and done in the proper form.

    My sandals needed to be glued. When I dropped them off and paid to get the work done, they said it would take about a month. When I heard that, I should have gone some place else. That was in April. The store has been closed since May. Their voice mail messages states do not leave a message, we will get back to you. They have held my sandals hostage for 8 months - I would like them back, but the store is never open.
