This company showed up at my business announced and after I told there scheduler that I would call and schedule if I needed there services. I never called them and I have no issues with my alarm. This company continually tries to show up without an appointment and then send you an invoice. This is exactly what they just tried do again. I called and spoke with ***** at Fyr Fyter and explained I did not ask for them to come out and I did not there services. A couple weeks later I get a bill/invoice in the mail for $164.25 for them showing up. This is a scam, the company has been demonstrating inappropriate business practices for the past couple years and we have been concerned about there current direction. When I called to let them know what happened the representative ***** continued to try and get me to pay a portion of the bill that was not warranted, even after he understood I was the person that spoke with his office and I told them not to come out. Apparently, he feels that these false invoices are a way for them to scam there local businesses. What a ******** way to deal with customers. We will be contracting our services elsewhere. FYI Been doing business since 2007 with this company. NOT AGAIN!!!!!SCAMMERS this is not my first experience with there lying and trying to get money they are not entitled to. ***** is a sorry individual and most likely the culprit. DONT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. RUN AWAY!!!!! I DONT HAVE A CONTRACT AND I WILL NOT BE PAYING THEM A DIME, CROOKS!!!!!

The guy called for a service call. It is a felony to fix your own alarm and he said he would fix it. We have cancelled his monitoring as we dropped him as a customer. He kept cussing ***** out and would not let him speak.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have not received any prior communication. There has been no resolution to this matter. This company wrote on the invoice that I authorized them to come out to my business. This is a LIE. I specifically told them when I looked at the panel if there was an issue, I would call them. I never called because the system was all normal after the door was properly closed. Oh, and yes, as the property owner and the business owner I am allowed to maintain my property and actually close the door to my fire panel. The response from the business to say I committed a felony is absurd and an accurate depiction of how this company is currently doing business. Shame on them. This complaint should be public and reflect the current business practices of a company in trouble. It is my understanding that the BBB is there to promote good businesses and protect the consumers by providing an accurate picture of each business and the business practices. This complaint is accurate and they should be held accountable. Showing up unannounced demanding a payment for services that were not ordered or supplied and they trying to negotiate to get me to pay a portion of their fraudulent bill is atrocious and should be available for the public to see. Please advise as how this will be handled.

    Sincerely,
