HORRIBLE SERVICE Placed order in November told will be here in December still waiting.
Today got told we can't track it will get there when it gets there unbelievable worst part of the 20 converstions I've had with this company since December I've had to initiate every single one of them don't care if you've had delays communicate them when I have to call you its just an excuse.

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy. You placed a full custom order with us and you were advised at the outset that all dates & times were estimated. You did call multiple times and each every time we responded to your questions and answered them factually. We can only provide the information we have available at that time. You did keep calling asking the same questions and we provided the same responses, honestly. Once your order did ship out, you were notified and emailed with the shipping documents including the freight carrier bill of lading. The transit time from Florida to Washington State is around 6-7 business days by freight carrier. Your order was shipped on a dedicated trailer and it was delivered to you within the freight transit time we specified. In fact, you called the day before it arrived and you were advised that the freight carrier should show up in the next 1-2 days. It showed up the very next day, exactly as we advised. You were annoyed that you could not track the exact location of the semi-truck on its 3,000 mile journey. You were advised that unfortunately this was not possible. The freight truck does not have a tracking device and tracking heavy freight is not a service that most freight company's provide. We have no control over how third-party freight company's operate and tracking the truck would service no purpose if it's not due to arrive until the next day, anyway. We would be glad to provide the name of the freight carrier should you wish to take a complaint up with them in this respect. Ultimately, the freight carrier did fulfil their services, exactly as described, and the freight arrived with you safely and securely within the 7 business day time frame that was specified. We are very sorry to hear that you were, or remain frustrated, but to define our service (or that of the freight carrier) as horrible, we feel is excessive. Solar Illuminations prides itself in being an honest, respectful, and highly customer focused operation.
