    I paid $180 on Jan 12, 2022 for them to erase completely my school loan after ,8
    payments.  They also were also suppose to 1. lower my interest rate 2. lower my
    monthly payment 3. a shorter term 4. loan forgiveness.
     I already was in an Income contingent program.  After the 8 payments I was
    suppose to have a shorter term but when I checked I still had 300 payments after
    my program ended.  I was given wrong information and lied to about the loan
    being completely forgiven after those 8 payments.
      So I should receive a refund of $180 for them not fulfilling what they
    promised.  I do have an audio recording of ***** promising the loan would be
    completely forgiven after those 8 payments.
    or I am entitled to be reimbursed of any fees that SLDS has charged me. They didn't get me a lower monthly payment or lower interest rate, norhave they gotten me a shorter term or complete loan forgiveness. In talking with them they have refused to refund my first months payment of $180. I think I have been given wrong information, or lied to about all this.

    We have no problem with the request but this person is not a client but an applicant who purchase a voucher to take an online course.  We just provided them with a discount.
    One of  the requirements to work in our industry is a state license.  They did not have one so we offered them a discount voucher to a course from a non associated vendor to help them study to get the license they need.  The regular price is over $300 but we got our referrals a good rate.  They have the option to come back when they have a license or go thru this one company that we feel is a good company to study thru. We have no ownership with this company.  They are just a vendor. To make a client's complaint is incorrect.  They are an applicant who came in for an interview.  We are very clear about this and what is needed to be part of the firm and industry.  Apparently they are upset that maybe they didn't qualify?  There is no charge to the interview and it is clearly stated there is no charge.  They just have to have the correct licensed with the state and correctly appointed.  We don't even charge our clients for consultation.  This is not a client.Our internal will reach out to this person  but we ask you make the correction on the site.  This is not a client complaint. They are not a customer.  We are not in the voucher business. Just wanted to help them. If they don't take use the voucher then why is that our error?
