I am submitting this writing to inform you of, and respectfully request your assistance with resolving a dispute I am having with Spiro Custom Pools (CPC1458672). I am a recently retired law enforcement officer, as well as a ************* military veteran. Following retirement, I spent a significant amount of my life savings on a custom built pool manufactured by Spiro Custom Pools. Within one week of having the pool officially completed (salt *********** added), I discovered my salt level reading was well below the normal deterioration level, even when factoring the natural environment. My third party, licensed pool service provider confirmed my findings and reported the same in a weekly service report. To date, the salt levels have continued to decline despite the third party pool service provider's continued attempts to raise the level of the salt ppm by adding multiple bags of salt. Concerned of improper equipment settings performed by Spiro Custom Pools during construction, or worse, a leak, I respectfully requested a service call through Spiro Custom Pools to ensure the functionality of the equipment and integrity of the pool. Upon speaking to a representative of Spiro Custom Pools, I was advised the company would only schedule a fee-based service call in order to inspect their work, despite being well within my warranty period; two weeks to be exact. Business Response

      Date: 01/31/2024

I personally went onto site yesterday 1/30/24 to meet with the homeowner at his residence. We went over his concerns above and I have a repair team going on site this morning 1/31/24 to get everything addressed. There was a miscommunication between the homeowner and office of what was going on that is why the office thought there needed to be a service call and was not warranty. After on site evaluation with the homeowner it was found to be warranty and is being fixed today 1/31/24 at no charge to the homeowner. Look forward to getting this fixed up so **************** can enjoy his beautiful new pool.
