  Thieves, very unprofessional, predatory towing service spends their hours driving around apartment complexes looking for vehicles to Target. They claim to have some sort of contract with the leasing offices but when you speak to leasing to have no such knowledge of any agreement. They will literally steal your tag off your vehicle and claim it was parked with no tag or take your sticker off your tag and claim your tag is expired just so they have a reason to tow your vehicle and make money off of you. They also do not accept any form of payment besides cash to drop your vehicle. No debit or credit cards. That is sketchy and shows that they have something to hide. Please believe every single negative review that you read about this company. It is 100% facts

  Company showed up today to recover property which is fine and saved me time coordinating with the finance company. The problem however is the agent not only dropped the motorcycle resulting in damage to the unit he also unloaded it after loading it once and proceeded to ride it up and down the street before reloading it and finally leaving. This was immediately reported to the finance company with the pictures and video and made clear that I am not going to be responsible for the damages to the vehicle. Especially after the bike has been witnessed and recorded being ridden around their impound lot.

  This is hands down the most unprofessional, rude experience I've ever had with a place of business. I am not upset that my car was towed, as it was towed for a legitimate reason. My complaint is the way I was treated over the phone. I called and spoke to the owner (either Rhonda or Amanda M*****) and asked them nicely and respectfully if it was possible to waive a lien fee. She informed me that this was a money-making business, and the fee would not be waived. I then mentioned that I noticed the company did not have a good rating on BBB, and she told me to go ahead and report them to the BBB, that she "did not give a ****". She said I was just upset that my car was towed. I told her that was not the case. It was towed for a legitimate reason. I explained to her that my son had parked in a handicapped spot. Her response was "Oh, so you raised ignorance". Up to this point I had been nice and respectful, but once she said that there were some words exchanged by both of us. After I hung up the phone and read the specific complaints on BBB, I realized that her actions are nothing personal about me or the other complainants, it is about what is going on inside of her. I can't imagine what life events she must have gone through to make her such a mean and aggressive person. I hope she uses the money she received from me to get some help.   The lady was so rude I knocked on the door nobody answered. So I proceeded to walk around back the is no sign that say do not walk around back so I did then she comes running out with her gun stating I must want to get shot then she start being rude. But fails to realize she not the only one with gun licenses. It couldve ended really badly on both ends. This place is so unprofessional due to her attitude and the way she treats customers obviously this place needs to close down or they need to fire her . She is really *******

  Hello,   Sorry that you feel that way about our staff member.  However like you stated everyone maybe carrying, ******* has the rights to carry, however this young lady also has a concealed weapons license unliked half  the people in ******* currently.   One importing thing you did not lie about  and I thank you. You never stated she pulled her gun out only that it was on her person.  You have got to understand how our business works.   We are the two unliked companies around let's face it.   We are a large repo company and tow company for parking enforcement.   We do not save you because you are broke down on the side of the road, or a flat tire, etc.   We have a service to do for our lien holders as well as our communities/properties that we patrol for, for parking enforcement.   Now moving forward our gates are opened sometimes, seeing we have about 23 plus cars that are being moved off our property for the banks that  we repo for.  But our signs are very visible before you even think about entering through our gates.  You did go behind the signs that clearly tells everyone don't enter private property.  These signs are not obstructed at all, nor our they just a suggestion.   The young lady does look at our cameras all day long, because we are responsible for the lien holders vehicles as well as every vehicle that is on our property.   What you fail to understand is that this young lady was doing her job running out there from her office putting herself in a position to stop whoever comes through that gate, she does this on a daily basis.  That is her job and responsibility.   Eighty percent of the people that come here are very violent and they do come with guns, as well as swinging on us and sometimes striking us with vehicles. Because they're very upset that we took their vehicle and they can not see past their anger.   Even though we have their vehicle from something they may have done, or did not do.  Meaning parking where they should not or not making their payments.   With all this being said thank your for being the bigger person by admitting that it was your fault that brought you to our businesss and not insinuating that we did something illegally like most do.  Unfortunatley we cannot give you the satisfaction that you're hoping for as far as letting the young lady go.  How can I, for doing her job and putting herself in arms way for this company.

  Beware of this predatory towing Disgraceful company and i will be taking this company to small claims court, towing my car out of my own apartment building forcing me to pay $195 in cash only.

  Simple fix , stop living in an apartment community that you are unable to obey their bylaws : )    we patrol our communities according to their rules specific rules . If you don't like their rules( or following rules ) MOVE OUT .
