  I submitted a call/request to improve the quality of water at my home, mainly the high sulfur smell. They came out, and did replace a $15 filter, and said that everything would be working perfectly. I was charged $130. They did not offer any other solutions or ways to fix the errors. I called the company about this. The representative was very rude over the phone, yelled and hung up on me.

  The above customer statement is not correct, I listened to the recording of his call, the **** did tell him it would be a $115.00 service call fee and he agreed to that.  Upon arrival of the service tech he realized it was a brand new system that we did not install, why the homeowner didn't call the original installers speaks for itself...they didn't want to deal with his attitude.  Our tech realized it didn't have a pre filter for the whro and he put one on, he also did a test for sulfur which the homeowner claims the *** is high...*** does not check for sulfur, it checks for salt/metals in the system.  He asked our tech to perform a bacteria test and our tech explained we don't do those test in the field he would have to call the county. The tech also recommended for the homeowner to get an ozone unit to prevent other water issues, of course the homeowner denied he did that.  The homeowner said our *** did not tell him there was a $115.00 fee but the recording indicates otherwise. This homeowner was very rude, made numerous threats of turning us in for fraud which we did nothing of the sorts, he called for smelly water and we addressed it accordingly he just didn't like the results.   Customer has now been put on **************** first time with this customer and it will our last.

  The rep that was sent to ** ***** ***** *** ** ****** ** ***** was the rudest, most disrespectful representative for any company I've ever met in my life. If he's the face of your company I could only imagine what goes on behind closed doors.

  Women Beware!!! They will nickel and dime you and rip you off!! ***** hate the company and management and take it out on the customer. I was quoted a price and pictures were taken and then when they came out to do the job said it wasnt possible because of the size of my pipe and now they want to rip out everything and said it will cost way more and its a two tech job. All I needed was a well seal. Also they broke my air pressure tank and I was forced to buy one from them if I wanted water. The tech threw his hands up and said I will get nowhere arguing with him. What a joke! I called the office and the woman that works there said many woman have been complaining about their treatment not just me!! Do NOT use this company!!!

  Agua system replaced a solenoid to my water system water tank on Congress Ave. Lehigh Acres,Fl on 7/6/24 charged $209.92and on 9/18/24 the solenoid was malfunctioning water leaking and the water tank was overflowing,called aqua system on 9/25/24 spoke with **** and he said that the solenoid was replaced and that it no the issue and if they send a technician out there will be a charge and for an extra charge for troubleshooting the issue ,and they are not responsible,I called a different company they sent a technician and he said that aqua system replaced the wrong part and the solenoid that was replaced supposed to be for an irrigation system and not for a water softener system.This company Aqua system is a scam and shouldnt be in Business.****

  Terrible. One day late delivering water. No excuse. 2nd time was supposed to pick up empty bottles. No show. No phone calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone at this point. I'm discussed!!!

  DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS. If you want to get bamboozled, double crossed, swindled, and cheated on, this is an amazing place. Employees that have worked there for over a decade will give you one price and the next day, that same employee will do exactly what you agreed on the day before, and then say oops I made a mistake when I quoted you the price, and charge you three times more. It happened to us. BUYER BEWARE!!
