We bought a system from these people a little over a year ago. Weve had smelly water and black water and they cannot fix it. They dont seem to care whether they fix it or not. We keep getting different stories from different texts. We cant get somebody out there that knows what theyre doing. Do not use this company they charge you a lot of money And dont fix the problem.

We had culligan 15 years ago. I was discussed with the price increases and less service, so I canceled. I purchased a commercial softner wholesale which I could buy parts for and service it. It lasted 14 years but because of company greed I can no longer purchase the high grade equipment. But I could still buy parts. I decided to try culligan again and paid $5600 for a carbon tank and softner tank. They took my carbon and softner tanks after telling them to leave everything here. That was strike one. Everything was great until my 1 year free service contract ran out. They wanted $800 a year maintenance fee. I told them it is a new system so I will add my own salt for a year. Now a month later, after the service agreement expired, the water turned sour with a high suffer smell throughout the house. I called culligan to find out what I could do. They said pay $150 service fee plus parts and labor. I ask about the $800 service agreement. The woman said that was a one time offer which is not renewable. Now I'm stuck with the same piece of junk I had 15 years ago. I am hearing this from everyone I speak to whom has dealt with culligan. Find a different company and make sure you read the contract. They are all sly, but culligan under new management has them all beat.
