    I hired wallaby windows thinking he was not the cheapest but seemed like a straight forward transaction, it has taken over 3 months to install my doors and windows that does not include order time somehow something goes wrong with every step of the way ******* does not call or text you to let you know his crew is not showing up for the day its never wallaby windows fault its his installer or the window manufacturer I am so tired of having my house tore up definitely do not believe the c*** about white glove service there is none of I didnt know how to repair my home the job would have been terrible at best nothing was finished properly

    I understand why this customer is angry about delays in the project because yes there were delays. However, I explained that when there is a manufacturing or distributing errors that is our my fault at Wallaby Windows. Due to the delays I also compensated the client which he accepted and made up for the delays. We remained professional during our entire interaction with this client even though we were verbally abused on multiple occasions. We kept in constant communication even though the news that the client got about delays was not the best. This job was completed successfully.

    I am rejecting this response because: there was never any compensation given. It was promised but never delivered. I have the invoice and cancelled checks to prove this. As far as his verbal abuse claim, I did respond to a text informing me of why no one showed up again after waiting all day. could you f$&k me around any more than you already are I still have the text. This company make promises and tells you different stories daily as to why its not there fault for the product being wrong or even installing the wrong product. I would like the compensation that was promised when he installed the wrong door in my kitchen.
