5 starsI used Affordable Window Systems twice they did my Sliding Glass Doors in 2016 and then did my windows in 2020. The installers were great. They even cleaned up after they were done with everything. I have recommended them to my neighbors and they have also used them as well. Great company to work with!Review fromDee K

I would never recommend this company. I put a deposit for a new Bay Window back in July. I was told that the window would probably take months to get but I was OK with that. Hurricane Ian hit the end of September. Shortly after the hurricane the owner called me to tell me that his installer wasn't comfortable putting in the window. Let's face it; They had a bigger job and decided not to do mine. The owner also told be that for my inconvenience he would send me additional money over my original deposit. That never happened!!!!!!!! This company is only interested in their bottom line.

Wow, you cannot be anymore wrong. I was not doing the job because it did not fit into what we specialize in and did not want to make any mistakes on your home. If the bottom line was all I cared about I would off just done the job and not cared about making mistakes. And YES, I told you I was sending you $100 as compensation (in addition to refunding your deposit) for any troubles we may have caused you. That check was mailed on 11-1-2022 and was check #****. What company EVER would do this? NONE, only me! Very ungrateful! Now I am putting a stop on the check I sent you.Review fromGail S

4 starsWe have had all our windows replaced with Affordable Windows over the course of 2 years. We chose to do in 3 stages, and of course, with supply chain issues, the last stage took the longest. But that is the way of the world these days!
Courtney M. did a great job giving us manufacturer options, and quotes, and then afterwards, following up to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. The install team was very neat. They covered furniture with plastic prior to starting their work, and they did a wonderful job cleaning windows and making sure everything was picked up after they were done.
I would highly recommend Affordable Window Systems.
