    Called NisAir for AC vent sweating repair based on recommendation from Condo Manager. Appointment was made for 8/15/23 (no agreement whatsoever was discussed about cost of services or any service call fee.) I told company my issue prior to visit. Serviceman shows up for appointment and asks whats the matter-he didnt know in advance and had never worked at our condo complex. He did not bring a ladder, and check anything himself-he sled me if the registers were wet. I said they were moist around the perimeter but not dripping. He then told me what the condo maintenance guys should do or what I should do to address things. He obviously wasnt going to do anything and proceeded to write an invoice claiming registers were bone dry.He didnt lift a finger, didnt personally check anything, lectured me on what I should do and then wanted to give me an invoice for his trouble. I refused so he documented this in his invoice and emailed it to me. $132.00!. I flipped and called NisAir and left them voicemail messages regarding this whole matter and never heard back. Now Im getting emails for invoice to be paid. They never gave me an explanation of what happened. I never signed or agreed to pay anything especially for nothing but rude behavior and no one responds. I will not be bullied into paying for this nonsense. I ended up fixing all three registers myself and they were in need of repair.
