On September 28th, 2023, I hired this company to apoxsee my floors in my entire house, except for the garage and bathrooms took him two weeks to grind down the floors and then it took another 2 1/2 weeks to finish the floors. Nothing but problems. The floors were not drying properly. The mixture was not mixed properly and now my kitchen and living room and master bedroom, are turning yellow and he said he would repair anything that happens in the future and now hes not speaking to me or coming to see the problem I paid him over $12,500 he threaten me on the phone he said if he came to my house I wouldnt like the turn out and called me senile I was nothing but patience with him and my wife and I show him kindness

During the time frame of this job ********************************* owner mother was dying. That is why it to longer than expected. Customer will not be getting a refund as the contract final and there is no warranty. This Customer was actually threatening ******. The yellowing of the floor would be due to some product the customer must have tried to clean the floor with. Cutstomer sent mafia memes. Telling ****** the owner to come meet him "like a man".Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
There is a warranty he told me these floors will last 20 years its only been six months my next step will be taking him to court I am getting estimates from other contractors to repair the floor and that will be the lawsuit amount I will be filing.

No where in writing was there a warranty. We have never had an issue of "yellowing" with any past customers. We will not be responsible financially for any re-doing of your floor. Unfortunately we can't redo at a discounted price due to threats of harm.
