  Do not do business with this company. They did not provide a service and will not refund my $2500. They are not Christians!

  Don't do business with this company! They were contracted to do a cabinet refinish for 2600 their quoted price to paint an entire kitchen cabinet set which was their so called special. So they wanted a 50% deposit and I did not want to do that for something scheduled 90 days out. They suggest I finance it for 6 months through Affirm their finance company and I did so. I paid 3 payments before the work was scheduled. Finally they came to our house to do the work and their painters were looking at the job and a discussion arose as to what was included in the quote. There advertised quote was that it included all "visible " surfaces which was fine, however when they got to the job a visible book case built into our cabinets they said was not included. We were upset by this and called the owner to discuss and they didn't like the idea that we were complaining and told their men to leave... even though i tried to appease them and told them we would accept the quote as is. The owner told me that he didn't know if he wanted to do business with me even though he knew that he received 100% of the money for the job from Affirm. Two days later he sent me a email that stated I had 2 choices: 1 cancel the job and lose 50% of my money or schedule us to do the job 2 months later with a new contract. Essentially they cancelled the first contract. Neither of these options was acceptable because at this point I was leery of continuing our relationship because they essentially abandoned the job even though they received all of the funds. After trying to work it out and get my money back through Affirm and trying to get them to finish they were non-responsive. I sent numerous emails and phone calls to try and resolve it. I am suing the company in small claims court because they have my money and refuse to refund it. They have false reviews on Yelp and ******** to lure you in. It is obvious they do their own reviews. They have done this to other customers as well. They keep deposits!

  We paid over $1,800 for them to refinish a five piece bedroom set, I have before and after pictures. They are claiming that the armoire doors were broken before they picked it up and that is not the truth, the pictures clearly show there was absolutely nothing wrong with the armoire doors . I disputed $250 only of the fee because I will have to hire a professional to hang the doors properly. I tried to have the company make it right and they refused, thus the dispute. They have harassed me since October Non-Stop, because of my dispute with 127 phone calls, text and hateful emails. I am being defamed on my Small Business website so we sent all the phone bills with the 127 calls, forwarded all the horrible emails and copied the horrific defamation against our small business out on ****** to our attorney yesterday. Please don't do business with this company they are hateful and revengeful; I had every right to dispute $250 but because I signed their contract that says no charge back disputes are legal under this contract, I lost so they are not out any money they have been paid in full but they continue this rampant non-stop harassment
