      Ive worked with Sunrise City Community Housing Development Organization, **** on several roofing replacement projects for my properties, and their service has consistently been satisfactory. Their teams are professional, efficient, and responsive when I have questions or concerns. I appreciate working with them because they stand behind their work. Whether it's a full roof replacement or a follow-up for a minor issue, they get the job done right. I highly recommend Sunrise City Community Housing Development Organization, **** to anyone looking for quality, dependable service.

      I couldnt be more pleased with the work done by Sunrise City Roofing on my roof repair! From start to finish, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The crew arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job quicker than expectedwithout cutting any corners. They used high-quality materials and paid close attention to detail, which really shows in the finished result. Will use them again in the future.

      I am extremely happy with the quality, affordability, and efficiency of Sunrise Citys work. They completely renovated my grandmothers home in *******, *******, including a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and new flooring. The entire process was amazing from start to finish. Mr. ******** communicated with us every step of the way, patiently answering all of our questions. I highly recommend Sunrise City for any renovation projects you may have!

      No one should ever use this company again. The workmanship is poor. The quality of work, product, and services are poor. They replaced my roof which still leaks. They replaced my soffit fascia and gutters after the hurricane. The gutters have a gap and water pours in between the gutter and the house. The soffit fascia is not straight. It is very wavy and the materials from the roof have dripped on it and stained it brown against the white. I have contacted another gutter company to see about repairing it and they will only rip and replace it as they don't want to deal with the mess. I have complained to Sunrise. They sent someone and he did no better at repairing it. They offered me a $2000 discount but so far it will cost me to more repair this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE SERVICE AND DAMAGE THEY DO IS WORSE THAN THE STORM. I chose 1 star only because I could not chose none.
