    Ordered a raymarine e7 gps chartplotter. Through **** Sept 3 2024.Price251.36 The unit will not get a satellite fix.Would like a refund or another working unit.

    Today I received notice of this complaint via **** mail.   Please see attached conversations between myself and *** *****.  We sold him a used unit as is and was described in the listing, 

    DISCRIPTION WAS :    USED - RAYMARINE 7" HYBRID TOUCH CHARTPLOTTER, screen condition is like new, raynet port functions but unit has a defective seatalk NG port.   These typically sell for ******* dollars used.  

    He was dissatisfied with the minimal features it still offered.  Although it was nonrefundable we told him to request a refund. And keeping the unit.   As he explains the request for refund through **** was passed the 90days deadline again we extended courtesy and put a check in the mail for the price of the unit.   We have gone over and above for this person and was surprise he would file a complaint when most of this is no fault of ours and all on him.  Not reading the listing and letting 2 months go by after we communicated in October.  We stand by our used products and clearly state issues and pricing is based on the quality of the items.  We wish to not have a complaint of any kind but especially not one we have done everything to make right for this customer
