    I do have more complaints about this company. I hope that they are investigated for fraud they do not have many customers at all to keep that company afloat. They are either receiving government funding and or state funding and are scamming money. I dont know if they are TPS protected but something very strange is going on with that business. Thank you for your patience and your time for looking into this matter for me. *************************************on that they have as far as my license is concerned to be taken out of their establishment. Thank you for taking my information and I hope that I will be receiving an update from you soon.

    Thank you for taking the time to write that message. I want to note that our property has a zero-tolerance policy on discrimination of any kind. Third-party booking providers will offer discounted rates compared to direct-booking rates (this is common in the hotel industry), and for those cases, we encourage you to book through the third-party provider. This does not mean you were discriminated against or that our business is unethical -- we reserve the right to set our direct booking rates. Furthermore, we can not honor the prices of third-party booking providers.

    Regarding your request for the towel, wash cloth, and bath tissue, our housekeepers provide daily service to provide those items unless declined by the guest, and if asked at the front desk, we have no issue providing those items.

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund for any previous stays. I also regret to inform you that, per Florida Statutes, we are required to maintain guest records for a minimum of 2 years, so we cannot remove the requested information. Please contact us if you'd like further clarification on any of these items.
