    Dont go here the Technicians smoke weed in your car also while working on your car thats why you always have to keep going back for that concern?? they take your car to get food on test drives, see Friends at Neighboring stores and the service manager just as bad talks creep about customers that pay their hard earned money just to wait hours for a oil change that wasnt even done properly. They also damage your car and try to cover it up so if you see that dent or scratch that wasnt there before it was them. So if you like your car being smoked in or took to places to get food/see people or just for the service manager to talk s*** behind your back come to Bev smith Kia?? they also upsell you for stuff you dont need????

    A bunch of snakes and liers, They will keep you there 6 hours while they did three sales at once. I am 82 years old and at the end of the day I was exhausted. I was told I had to get gap insurance or the bank would not give me a loan it cost me $1,500. When I called the bank they told me I did not need gap insurance they lied to me. I only had one key fob and no carpet pads they told me to come back the next day and said the car was a certified used car 2024 as is. Called ******** ****** the sales manager and told me he could sell me a new fab at cost $385 went to ******* *** and got it for $300 were I should of bought my car. Please read all the reviews be for you set foot into this snake pit.

    Senior are being taking advantage of August *******. My father co-sign for a car for me and the actual put it only in his name, he is 89 years old. Not understanding everything. The car we decide was too small, trying to return car, same day. Salesman says he will get back with us. He waited a week for the sale to go through, for us to use the car as a trade. Not knowing that they are giving us some thousand on a trade and a large balance added to another car. Which neither my father or me can afford. As of today November 4, 2024 they have not sent any paper work on the car. No one would talk to me about it. I waited over an hour to talk with someone. On top of everything someone has used my father information at their Sister dealership, *** Smith ****** getting credit for something $2,532.00. Fraudulent activity is being used there.

    Bev smith Kia has a ***** infestation issue in which they blame on business next door they are completely aware of issue and are selling these cars. Most pre owned certified are infested and bombing individual cars is not clearing cars from infestation.

    Honestly the worst place to buy a car. Please be aware It was a used 2023 outer banks bronco so after one of the managers named ******* stormed off cause he got frustrated with negotiations, he wouldn't even show his face no one ever sent over any of the paper work that they said they would. Paperwork they said they would give us when we got the car Stating what was fixed what was done, if it was detailed or balanced or one of the cars open recalls that needed to be done or anything that needed to be done ..Anyways, When I first when to see the car there's a light bar on it looks pretty sweet and everything the car was perfect. Well the second time I went to see the car and buy it I told pat that light bar was bent they assured me that it was like that little did they know I took pictures of it when I went the first time and it wasn't bent.The light car was bent and after arguing for a while they said they would fix it. Not only did they break one of the screws and didn't fix it they bent the top frame of the car and did not say one word. Now I'm driving home and they had closed by that time, I can't drive back I have a job and it was my only day off this car is loud and howling noise came from the car I have my 90 day warranty that clearly stated on the glass of the car.I called today to let them know the problem. I spoke with pat the sales man that was in charge of making sure the car was perfect and that wasn't true he assured me and my dad that we had 90 days if the car had any problems. Well when I called today and talked to him he said he never said that and that they aren't responsible. I told him to have a GM call me and I would take the call never called me to see what was the issue.One of the managers had the nerve to tell me "I hope not all customers are like you" just cause I didn't want to roll over and pay the first price they told me when I wanted a better one.If you do go to this deal ship be carful they might tamper with your car as they did mine.

    if I could leave a no star review I would. I have calling service and left a VM with a **** at 9:30am yesterday. Im now sitting here still waiting for a call back from said ****. its now 2pm next day. that is 30+ hrs. I did call back 3 times today trying to give them ample time. if you have all the time in the world, please use this facility. not me. if I was not stuck working with them because of the extended warranty I got bundled into my car loan, I wouldve said h**** no. Ive bought 4 cars from them. never ever again. I suggest ANYWHERE else but here.

    First off, purchased a brand new forte and before the car hit 500 miles left me and my 3 kids stranded in the middle of the highway SEVERAL times. After 2 months of back and forth they talked me into trading it for another POS vehicle. Which started to give me problems since day 1. I tried to trade it in but had too much negative equity from the 2 previous sales. Finally was able to get a new vehicle after putting $14k down.. I left putting my trust into the professionals to verify that the vehicle left with insurance. 2 weeks after was involved in an accident where I was then told I had no valid insurance. Now Im left paying for a vehicle which would otherwise be totaled if I had insurance. Looking back now, I feel like I was taken advantage of from day 1. This dealership is full of liars and manipulators that are taught to tell you anything for a sale. I strongly advise anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to stay as far away from Bev smith Kia/Toyota.

    Bait and Switch. This dealership should be sued for their lies. I confirmed with the salesperson that the car is available and that I will be coming to purchase it. I drove all the way from ******* with a 2 yr old child to find out the car was sold to wholesale auction? Really? Hmmm what are the odds of that on the same day of my arrival. They put my family's life at an unnecessary risk for a car that likely was never even on their lot. Pure lying trash. As a Doctor **** take my advice and do not go here.

    2023 Kia ***** silver, purchased on December 20, 2022.1.3/24/2023 car bought in for side view mirror warning light. To Bev Smith Kia, Ft. Pierce, Fl Performed 360 Multi point inspection, completed.Given fault code where 3 items failed.Found right rear tail light was broken. No work performed, advised customer to go thru insurance. Not warranty item outside influence. Recommended rear right tail light, left rear radar labor 9.0 includes diag. left rear bumper total $ ******* to repair.2.Claim filed with insurance on 3/26/2023 and bought to Classic Collision for right brake light replacement. While driving there, terrible smell inside car was noted and reported to Classic Collision.Car towed to Bev Smith Kia on or around 4/5/2023 as Classic Collision could not find dead animal and recommended towing car to Bev Smith Kia as they had better equipment to find dead animal.3.Vehicle picked up on 5/2/2023.Vehicle cleaned x 3, disinfected and sanitized. Bev Smith Kia says they performed a 360 multi point inspection, installed cargo carpet and ordered trim assembly that was broken by the service department. 4.Service advisor, **** was notified by ** the same day that the Blind spot warning message was still on.5.Was told that part would be in Friday, 5/5/2023.6.No phone call back by Tuesday, May 9th. Car bought in AGAIN and assigned to service person *** and bought back again on 5/19/2023 for mirror and connector replacement. Was told by *** on Tuesday that mirror assembly was in, BUT they forgot to order connector piece. Assured that connector would be in by Thursday, May 18th and an appointment was made for 8 a.m. on Friday.7.Arrived on time. Waited 1.5 hours when *** came back and told me that the new mirror was defective and I would have to come back AGAIN, for replacement.This is unacceptable and corporate has been notified.

    Five times I have to had to take my 2018 Sorento to Bev Smith Kia and five times there is no solution. Four new batteries in 6 months, each draining completely within 2 weeks of the change. Total of 21 days without my car, with no solution in sight. Each time they test for parasitic drainage but yet have found nothing. Opened a case with the corporate engineers, and they could not present any solution.....except, now get this! I didn't drive the car enough to keep the battery charged! Today the car has ****** miles, have owned it since 2018, five years, and that is approximately **** miles a year. Isn't that hilarious? The best answer the engineers devise! I would like to approach every potential buyer and say do not buy a *** unless you guarantee to drive it **** miles annually, and that still won't keep the battery charged. Unbelievable, and I am thinking of going to a different dealer, but why if their corporate engineers cannot solve the problem. Plus, when I took the car the first time for this issue in October 22, it was still under warranty until Nov. 18, but of course now the warranty has expired. At least they are not charging me for this continued mysterious problem, and are recognizing the initial warranty report and coverage. Although I have spent 4-5 hundred dollars in jumpstarts and vehicle tows to the dealer, and have been without a car for ******************************************** October, '22. Today, 05/07, it is dead again and I am so disgusted that I don't want to even go there today, so will go tomorrow morning, after the 5th time jumpstarting with AAA. I had to buy AAA because also the first time on a Saturday morning while still under warranty, **************** did not show up as promised. So buyer beware, their after sale service is dreadful. BTW, this is my second Sorento, first was 2015 and never a problem.
