    The *** family was great to work with. ***** was honest with us on timeline of payment from the beginning. If we had the patience to wait and let them do their thing we would get a nice payout. So we did and it was. ******* answered all my calls and emails, she was a sweetheart. ***** kept me up today on the process and was always very kind.     My home was badly damaged by Hurricane Nicole , VIP warned me how my insurance provider was notoriously difficult when paying for damages, but they’d get us our best possible settlement, and they were right.The clear documentation of the impact to my home and property was evident. We were rewarded with a large settlement. If it had not been for the VIP team, there is no way we would have gotten anywhere near what we received. There were never any issues with how VIP ADJUSTING handled my claim (despite deliberate attempts by my insurance provider to defraud, delay, refuse to acknowledge clear data, and diminish our payments), but VIP kept them honest. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

    My roof leaked during Hurricane Ian, I’m so glad I contacted VIP Adjusting. Lance , Aaron and Maureen are very professionals. They helped me all the way thru the process, they answered my calls and questions all the time. They work for you and not the insurance company which will try not to give you a dime for a valid claim. I will recommend VIP Adjusting to anyone that is in need of help with property damage.

    I love VIP Adjusting.. they are professional and make you feel comfortable. I worked with Cristian and he was great and so very helpful always got right back to me anytime I reached out to him. I also worked with Maureen and again she was right on top of everything I need. I would highly recommend this company to any of my family and friends. I hope I never need them again but if I do I will definitely call them.

    Am extremely pleased with the entire VIP team to bring closure to a Hurricane Ian claim in Port Charlotte. Insurance first response was to say my damage was under my deductible - they closed my claim. VIP was recommended to me by neighbors. They were fantastic. Took the time to do a very thorough room by room inspection. Had the latest imagng equipment and captured dimensions of every room. Their detailed analysis was over 40 pages long and supported by industry accepted repair cost estimates. It took a year to negotiate withe insurance carrier but the final settlement was six figures. They were very honest and not quitters - communication was great. Recommend them with five stars.
